Kia believes that we can assist in making joy visible through the smiles of our nation’s children, which is why we support Smile Foundation on an annual basis. The organisation has a comprehensive healthcare vision for children living with facial conditions, and facilitates surgery for children with treatable facial anomalies.

Seven7 Drive for Kids with Cancer
Prevention is better than cure, which is why Kia was an inaugural partner to the annual Seven7 Drive for Kids with Cancer. Every year, we drive to seven cities in South Africa in seven days, visiting seven hospitals along the way, delivering toys & essentials to kids with cancer. In doing so, we not only raise awareness on early detection of childhood cancer, but also raise funds for Cupcakes of Hope.

RADA is a non-profit organisation committed to the eradication of society’s gravest and most pressing social ills. RADA is your place of renewal, an acronym for rape, alcohol, drug, abuse. At RADA, the focus is on self-responsibility and self-awareness, an important attribute that can redefine the way we treat others. RADA’s healing approach resonates with Kia’s values, and we annually contribute financially to assist the organisation in delivering food and other essentials to their various adopted homes, centres and projects.

With Kia’s South African Head Office based in Edenvale, Johannesburg, it’s important for us to also make a difference in the community we operate in. Little Eden aims to care, enhance and develop children as well as adults with profound intellectual disability to find joy in life, despite their limitations. Little Eden provides comfort, space and time for the children and adults, and we support them on this journey by fulfilling their requirements to keep the facility running.

Aligned with Kia’s goal of bettering the lives of those most vulnerable, our support of Home of Hope for Girls in Johannesburg allows us to assist in providing a safe haven to children and teens who have survived abusive situations, predominantly linked to child sex trafficking.
